Easton Land Works was founded by Alex Ressi, an experienced investor and entrepreneur with a passion for matching people with parcels. We specialize in buying and selling unimproved land across the continental United States and provide a personalized, hands-on experience to guide you every step of the way.
Our Story
For 25 years Alex Ressi has been a successful consultant, entrepreneur and investor. Ressi started Easton Land Works in 2024 to offer land owners a quick, frictionless way to divest of unused raw land and to open that land up to new possibilities. Easton Land Work’s mission is to match parcels with personalities.
Ressi brings technology, marketing and operational experience to land investing. Most importantly he brings a high touch, customer-centric experience (and personality) that guides both buyers and sellers through each step of the process making every transaction easy and dare say fun for all. Alex is a passionate adventurer and outdoor enthusiast who enjoys taking his motorhome on adventures with his family both near and far. He has driven cross-country twice in his trusty Winnebago which has inspired him to invest in many of the communities he’s visited along the way.
